Q: How does PressPay work?
A: PressPay will appear on thousands of mobile shopping carts of the merchants you already buy from. When you’re ready to complete your transaction, you hit the PressPay button and all your information (shipping+payment) gets auto-populated on the merchant’s website. You’ll be asked for your PIN number to complete the transaction.
Voila! You’re done in 3 seconds.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Yes. Your credit card information never leaves your phone except when you want it during a transaction. We don’t store any of your information on our servers. During a purchase your information is sent using the same level of security as iTunes. We also enforce security with merchants and require them to use advanced 256-bit encryption SSL technology.
Q: I downloaded the app, now what?
A: Once you download the app, you’ll need to add your name, email, select a default shipping address and default payment info in the app. That’s it!
It should take you less than two minutes to complete. The next time you see the PressPay checkout button on a mobile shopping cart, it’ll autopopulate all your info for you so you don’t have to re-type it in every time.
Q: What if I forgot my PressPay PIN?
A: The PressPay app will give you 10 tries at entering your PIN. If you cannot remember your PIN then you can simply remove the application from your device and re-install.

A: Yes.
Q: How do I use PressPay?
A: Once you download and set up the app, look for the PressPay checkout button on thousands of mobile shopping carts. You probably won’t open the app on your device very often after the initial setup, but you’ll use the checkout button quite a bit on mobile shopping carts. Each time you hit the PressPay Checkout button on a merchant’s site, all your shipping and payment information will get autopopulated from the app into the shopping cart.
Q: Is PressPay tracking me or my purchases?
A: NO. In today’s digital world many websites and apps track your every move. PressPay doesn’t track you or anything you’re doing. PressPay is designed to be a private communication between you and your merchant.

Q: My Shopping Cart service does not include PressPay. How do I add PressPay to my shopping cart?
A: Contact info@presspay.com about getting PressPay added to your cart service. Setup should take less than 20 minutes.
Q: What does PressPay cost me?
A: You only pay a flat monthly fee to have PressPay live on your shopping cart. You are NOT EVER charged a percentage of every transaction when using PressPay.
Q: How does PressPay keep my customer information secure?
A: PressPay is architected to live solely on individual mobile devices, not in the cloud. This spreads consumer data over in millions of independent devices, and not in one place where it can be compromised.
Q: What do I do if PressPay stops working?
A: PressPay doesn’t run on servers, it’s device independent so our “system” doesn’t go down. It lives on individual shopping carts — PressPay will only stop working if the shopping cart isn’t working.
Q: Does PressPay track my shopping cart data?
A: No. There is nothing happening behind the scenes with PressPay. It just facilitates mobile payments on your shopping cart easily and securely. Your customer data always remains private between you and your customer as we NEVER see it.
